Terms of use
Terms of use
1Who may use SPOT
SPOT is not offered to residents of, or persons located in, the United States or its territories. By using SPOT you confirm that you are not such a person and that you are permitted to use services of this kind where you are.
We block connections that appear to originate from excluded jurisdictions. That check is a mitigation and not a verification — the confirmation you give is yours, and giving it falsely is a breach of these terms.
2What SPOT is
SPOT provides an interface to on-chain programs deployed on Solana. Trades, deposits and withdrawals are transactions you sign with your own wallet and that settle on a public blockchain.
We do not take custody of your assets, hold your keys, or act as a broker, exchange, dealer, adviser or fiduciary for you.
3No advice
Nothing SPOT publishes — including trader ratings, performance figures, premiums, index compositions or vault statistics — is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
4Risk
You may lose everything you commit. The risk disclosures form part of these terms and you are taken to have read them. The on-chain programs have not been externally audited.
5No guarantee of availability
SPOT is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and the interface may be unavailable while the underlying programs continue to operate. Your ability to interact directly with on-chain programs does not depend on this interface.
6Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallet and its keys, for the transactions you sign, for any taxes arising, and for compliance with the laws that apply to you. Losses from lost keys, mistaken transactions or signatures given elsewhere cannot be reversed by us or by anyone.
7Prohibited use
You may not use SPOT to launder money, evade sanctions, manipulate markets, or in breach of any law that applies to you. You may not attempt to circumvent the jurisdiction restrictions in clause 1.
8Third parties
SPOT interacts with third-party infrastructure including the Solana network, wallet providers, token venues and data providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their failures, outages or decisions.
9Changes
These terms will change, in particular once legal review is complete. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
